Be-Well Tea

Be-Well Tea

Directions Infuse 1 teaspoon of herbs per cup of hot (but not boiling) water. Adjust the amount of herbs based on individual preference, constitution, and purpose. Leave to infuse for about 5 minutes. Add a touch of honey if desired. Best used without milk or sugar. Drink up to three times daily. Many prefer half the amount of herb for enjoyment and double the amount when there is a medicinal need. We recommend that pregnant women drink 2-3 cups daily, from the second trimester right through to about 4-6 weeks post-partum.
