| Directions | Infuse 1 teaspoon of herbs per cup of hot (but not boiling) water. Adjust the amount of herbs based on individual preference, constitution, and purpose. Leave to infuse for about 5 minutes. Add a touch of honey if desired. Best without milk. Drink up to three times daily.
